  • If I buy this phone in China, using a VPN connection, will I be able to download/install Google Play onto the phone without any issues?
    
    A friend of mine has an HTC M8 phone she bought here in China... but is unable (at least without major tweaks to the O.S.) install Google Play.
    
    Not being able to install Google Play would be a deal-breaker for me.
