    Because in my opinion and experience, there should be an original Mi headphone supplied with the phone and also a tampered glass screen protector and a back cover as per the customers choice.

  • I received Xiaomi RN3 6 days before in India.When I opened the box,Charger have lots of scratches.
    While using it,I found that It always consume almost 1.5 GB Ram out of 3 GB.so that I only get 1.5 GB of Ram which further consumes when I open some apps.So that phone processing gets slow.Is this happens to all or I am the only one who get 1.5 GB RAM without opening an app.Is it a defective piece? please tell me.

  • Hello sir..I bought My redmi note3 recently...everything is fine but its heating a lot on charging (including charger )and on using camera...while charging it is over heating up to 85% and later it slowly cool downs...   • I am from India. When I contacted DHL courier service (India), they said 35% of Bill amount should be payed as custom duties for imported Electronics product from China. So if I order redmi note 3 to India which cost 209$, i should pay a net amount of 75$ as custom duties which is a huge amount. Is there any alternate method to reduce the custom duties? please help me.

    i had a friend buy me a xiaomi redmi 3 3Gb 32Gb from China. I am trying to use it in Zambia, Africa, everything works well except network. I have tried different sim cards from different service providers but nothing, still no network. its reads the sim card and shows the service providers name in sim card settings, but it says network available, cannot register on the network you selected...
    is it a network compatibility issue? is it hardware or software?

    The phone cannot connect to the internet, cannot get the mobile data to work.
    1. check the APN (Access Point Names) is setup properly. This setting is specific to your carrier, so they would have that published on their website somewhere.
    Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
    2. check that your mobile data connection is enabled.
    Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Data connection
