Xiaomi has officially teased that it will dispatch its next cell phone in India this week from now on January 19, which is relied upon to be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Presently, Flipkart has confirmed that the forthcoming cell phone will be exclusive to its online e-commerce website.

In the latest teaser, Xiaomi India has shown a graphic image teaser with a silver-hued light caressing the outline of the number 4 (Roman numeral design), hinting the upcoming mobile is the Redmi Note 4.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Pro is expected to sport a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU under the hood. The device would be launched in India in two variants – 2GB RAM with 16GB internal storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. Both the variants will offer expendable storage upto 128 GB via MicroSD card. In terms of design, Redmi Note 4 is tipped to sport a similar design to its predecessor. What would set apart this device from the previous ones is the 2.5D curved glass on the top of 5.5 inch FullHD IPS display, giving Redmi Note 4, a much more premium and sleek revamp. Redmi Note 4 sports a 13 megapixel rear camera paired with dual-tone LED flash and PDAF technology.
