- Can we wipe the hdd and reinstall windows 8.1 or 10.
We trying to reinstall os on mi air 13.3 inch intel core i5 cpu 8gb ram 256gb with on look, we have to enter a license key!! we have extracted the original license key from this laptop but key does not work if we try to reinstall the os windows 8.1 or 10 home. The original os is windows 8.1 home x64 right?
my customer wants to have the device in english language.
please advice.
