One of the biggest feature added to the new xiaomi phones i.e. Redmi note or Xiaomi Mi5 is the native support for fingerprint scanner,So i'll show you how to add a fingerprint profile in your Xiaomi phone. Lets get started !

Head over to setting in your phone.

Tap on lockscreen and fingerprint reader

Tap on Screen lock and fingerprint and choose to add a fingerprint profile

Place your finger on the scanner

Keep on placing and removing your finger until the fingerprint is recorded,as shown below

Finally the fingerprint will be recorded.

And Now......

You are ready to rock !

Your phone will now be unlocked with your fingerprint only and you get option to add multiple fingerprint profiles isn't that amazing !
