  • I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. I am trying to send a contact from my contacts list, to someone via whatsapp which crashes, email which only sends a blank email, and sms that doesn't send the contact details.
    
    All these functions works on their own, however when i try to send a contact via the phone it fails.
    
    What can i do to fix the problem.
    
    I also experience the phone overheating when i am using the maps, and it is to hot to take a call then as it burns my face when bringing receiver to my ear.
    
    I like my phone and its features, is this a faulty phone or settings ?

    You can back up contacts, and then export contacts, send it to a new phone via Bluetooth.

  • I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, andriod version 5.0.2 LRX22G from Singapore. Although the phone claims the 4G bands of frequency 1800MZ,2600MH but I am not able to use 4G service with Bharti airtel service provider. I have already logged the complain with the service provider. Can u let me know what seems to be the issue.
    Airtel 4G is supported on 2300 MHZ, accepting this fact , the phone should at least open web pages, Maps, TOI(Times of India),Gmail, Youtube. I am not able to use any of this ,and this phone is a absolute junk for me here in India. I have inserted the sim in Nexus 5 and wolla everything works fine, what nexus is doing right which xiaomi isn't. Kindly advise, do i need a new phone , any customer support service center in Pune,India where I can rectify this. The serial number of the phone is :7SRSDQSSKFSKFA6D .
