  • Before I place an order, could you please confirm if unit, prior sending gets updated to its latest software?
    It will be used here in Australia, will it be reformatted to english language and remove all chinese programs?
    How about warranties?

  • I like Mi5 phoen very much. I live in USA But I want to send it to India. Is it possible that I pay from USA and you deliver in New Delhi, India. and do you have any service centers in New Delhi for repair.     I am great Fan of Xioami . I am from India and Now at USA , My redmi2 Prime from India is not working , Just wondering if MI5 will work at USA for all network or not. I checked from willmyphonework.net this 4G will not work but 3G might work for Lyca. Can you confirm If the Lyca Sim will work for 3G or not.
    If I purchase and 3G is not working then what is the return policy for this .
    How can I send you if you accept return.
