According to a new rumor out of China, the Xiaomi Mi6 will be launched around mid-next month. Specifically, the rumor says the phone will be released on April 16.
According to XiaomiDevice the Mi 6 will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC which will be slightly under clocked similar to what Xiaomi did last year with the Xiaomi Mi5.
Xiaomi Mi6 Pro will feature a ceramic body and 5.2-inch LCD display with a 2.5D glass. It will have the same camera resolution as that of recently announced Sony Xperia XZ Premium.
Other specifications for the Mi6 include a 19MP rear camera and 6GB RAM. The device’s price tag is rumored at $365 for the high end variant. That’s very low for a Snapdragon 835 phone. Though we also believe that Xiaomi’s won’t mess with all the ‘cool’ features these days such as an ‘infinite display’, virtual fingerprint sensor and others. Simple yet powerful, seems to be the motto for the Xiaomi Mi 6.
