Leaks all around here on Xiaomi Mi6 as the launch event is coming closer. CEO Lei Jun confirmed that Mi 6 is launching this month and probably by the starting of the third week this month.

The XiaomiDevice says Mi6 to sport a 30MP camera with image stabilization support. So far we haven’t heard much about Mi 6 so not sure about the camera specs. Sony last used 24.8MP sensor on Xperia Z5 and XZ but later on the pixels have been reduced to 19MP in XZs and XZ Premium. So 30MP will be an odd way to present it, it might be 15MP+15MP Dual Camera setup as well.

Another model Xiaomi Mi6 Plus will feature a 5.7-inch display panel with a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The device is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 system-on-chip (SoC) and at least 4GB of RAM, with Xiaomi allegedly planning to release versions with 6GB and 8GB of RAM.

The Mi 6 Plus is said to start at 2,599 yuan ($377), the most expensive model Xiaomi Mi6 Pro being priced at 3,499 yuan ($507). Xiaomi is expected to officially unveil all variants of the upcoming Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus by mid-April.
